Vaccination clinic for students ages 5-11

Jordan-Elbridge Middle School will host a vaccination clinic today, Monday, Nov. 29 for students ages 5-11 in the PLC Conference Center. Here is everything you need to know:

• The clinic will run from 3-5 p.m. at the District Office (time set to avoid middle school dismissal)
• No appointment is necessary
• You will fill out a registration form upon arrival
• Please look for the appropriate District Office entrance, marked by a COVID-19 testing sign
