Parent/Guardian Request for Remote Learning

Jordan-Elbridge has released its reopening plan to address the safe reentry to school this fall. Parents have the option of choosing a remote learning option for their child. Parents/guardians who would like to request the remote learning option for their child(ren) need to submit an online form by August 17. Parents need to fill out one form per child.
