JE celebrates 100 days of in-person learning
It’s a milestone recognized each year but this 100th day of school means more than in years past. For Jordan-Elbridge students and staff, it’s evidence of hard work. It marks 100 days of in-person, 5-day a week learning in the middle of a pandemic. For Superintendent Jim Froio, it comes down to teamwork.
“This is a true testament to the grit and dedication of Jordan-Elbridge staff, students and the community we serve,” Froio said.
The accomplishment came with some fun. At Elbridge Elementary everyone was encouraged to dress as 100-year-olds. Hallways were decorated with streamers and signs to commemorate the day.
Over at Jordan-Elbridge Middle School students and staff wore hats and showed off their Eagles pride.
