Limited space available for new karate offering

There is a new co-curricular option for students, and it's time to sign up if you're interested! Jordan-Elbridge will be offering karate, taught by 4th degree Black Belt Leo McCormick.

The class will introduce students to the basics of karate and self-defense. Classes will be held on Mondays and Thursdays from 3-4:30 p.m. at the High School. Class will include calisthenics, stretching, martial arts techniques, self-defense and sparring. The program will begin on October 14th. 

Limited space is available! Right now, the program is only open to 11th and 12th grade students. All students will need to sign up on family ID and have a current physical on file with the school nurse. If you have more specific questions, please contact instructor Leo McCormick.
