New protocols for calling COVID-19 hotline

There are new protocols regarding the COVID-19 hotline. Please see the details below.

• If you are in need of testing or have general questions or concerns, please call the COVID-19 Hotline, at (315) 209-2307.
• If you have a positive case at home, call the school nurse. The respective school nurses will issue isolation for positive cases and quarantine for exposures.
• If you have children in multiple schools, call the school nurse for the child with the positive case. The nurses will communicate information to the other schools for you.
• Quarantine for home exposures (non vaccinated) will be 10 days or 5 days from the last day of isolation from the positive household member.
