JEMS students publish Words of Wisdom service project
Jordan-Elbridge Middle School students have completed their recent Words of Wisdom service project and are now showing off their finished publication. The final product comes just in time for Valentine's Day. Students said they wanted to show some love to the JE community as a thank you for participating.JE community members were asked to share some wisdom with students through an online survey. After, students put to use multiple International Baccalaureate learning traits to develop the infographic you see below. Following the initial creation of the survey and collection of data, students analyzed the findings, used a majority vote policy to narrow down their top ten selections, and then classified everything into three categories. Those categories are: wisdom for yourself, wisdom for friendships and wisdom for the journey.
Students are already planning for their next project! Next, they plan to record interviews with contributors to learn more about their experiences and advice. You can see the final publication below, or download a copy by following this link.
