JEHS virtual art show now available to view
This year, JEHS students were able to show off their art in two separate art shows, one in-person, and one virtual. Thanks to the in-person show, friends and family got the chance to see loved ones' artwork up close for the first time in years.“They deserve it, they work hard for four years, and it’s nice for the community to be able to come in and see all of the hard work they’ve done,” said art teacher Katie DeLorenzo when talking about senior excitement surrounding the in-person show.
The in-person art show was displayed on Tuesday, June 7th during the Festival of the Arts, which also featured the Collage Concert. Artwork from 15 seniors was on display, 6 of whom are a part of a college class and showcased their AP portfolios.
The virtual art show includes work from all art classes at JEHS, from students in grades 9-12. You can view the virtual art show here.
