JE Students Published in the Three Lakes Sampler, Featured at Schweinfurth Art Center

Jordan-Elbridge Central School District is proud to celebrate this year’s students whose artwork and writing have been selected for publication in the Three Lakes Sampler and are currently on display at the Schweinfurth Art Center in Auburn.

The student work is featured in Both Ends of the Rainbow, an annual exhibit that showcases more than 1,000 works of art and writing created by pre-K through 12th-grade students across the Cayuga-Onondaga BOCES district, as well as senior citizens who are Schweinfurth members or residents of Cayuga County. The exhibit highlights creativity across generations and celebrates artistic expression in many forms.

The exhibit officially opened on Sunday, February 1, 2026, with a public reception held from noon to 5 p.m. Admission is free, and the exhibit will remain on display through Saturday, March 14, 2026, offering community members plenty of opportunities to experience this colorful and inspiring collection.

The success of this exhibit would not be possible without the dedication of our art educators. Elbridge Elementary art teacher Erin Sadowski shared her appreciation for the staff who helped make this opportunity possible:

“I would like to acknowledge the following teachers who took the time to submit student work for consideration: Terry Bondgren, Aliyah Taylor, Taylor Fletcher, Jim Sherman, Bethany Germain, and Christine Klamm. Thank you for supporting the creative endeavors of our students!”

Congratulations to all of our talented students on this outstanding accomplishment. Being selected for the Three Lakes Sampler and featured at the Schweinfurth Art Center is a meaningful recognition of their creativity, dedication, and artistic voice. We are proud to see Eagle creativity shining throughout the region!
