JE Community Comes Together for Thanksgiving Food Drive:
The Jordan-Elbridge community has once again demonstrated its remarkable generosity and compassion through the annual Thanksgiving Food Drive. Thanks to the contributions of students, staff, and families across the district, thousands of items were collected and delivered to the Jordan Food Pantry, located in the basement of St. Patrick’s Church.
Joan Scott, director of the food pantry, expressed her heartfelt gratitude upon receiving the donations. “This level of generosity is impressive,” Scott said. “It will make such a difference for so many families in our community.”

JEHS Welcomes New Members to New York State Science Honor Society:
Jordan-Elbridge High School celebrated academic excellence in science with the induction of its newest members into the New York State Science Honor Society (NYSSHS) last evening. Amazing Turnout at JEMS for PTO Book Fair and Family Night:
Last week, Jordan-Elbridge Middle School hosted its highly anticipated event, A Gathering of Gratitude and Great Books , in collaboration with the PTO Scholastic Book Fair, and it was a resounding success! Students, families, and staff came together for an evening filled with fun, laughter, and a shared love for reading.
One of the evening's highlights was the Turkey Hunt , where students searched for turkeys hidden among the pages of books in the fair. Each lucky finder was entered into a drawing, with winners receiving free books. Thanks to the generosity of Scholastic and the PTO, students walked away with over $600 worth of books to take home and enjoy!

The Jordan-Elbridge Musical Players are set to perform Radium Girls , a compelling and historically significant play, on Friday, November 15, and Saturday, November 16, at 7 PM in the JE High School auditorium. Coach Chilson, who has been coaching cheer for 10 years, got her start when her daughter was five years old. The Jordan-Elbridge Marching Eagles wowed audiences with their second-place finish at the New York State Field Band Championships over the weekend, achieving a score of 81.875, just behind Le Roy High School's 83.900. Legendary JE Wrestling Coach Mike Frood Inducted into the National Wrestling Hall of Fame:
Mike Frood, a pillar of the Jordan-Elbridge wrestling community, has been inducted into the National Wrestling Hall of Fame, recognizing his incredible contributions to the sport over his decades-long career. Frood, who worked at Jordan-Elbridge for 32 years, first began his journey in 1975 as a physical education teacher and was soon asked by coach Lonnie Warner to assist with the modified wrestling team. By 1976, Frood had taken over as head coach of the varsity wrestling team, a position he held for 12 remarkable seasons.
